Lev Pedro

Passionate about voluntary and community organisations and citizens transforming and delivering better public services.

Lev joined NCVO in December 2013 and leads our work in practical skills for public service delivery. The main aim of Lev’s work is to ensure that voluntary organisations and social enterprises across England have the skills and knowledge that they need to decide whether to engage in public service delivery, and understand the practical steps to be able to do this. Lev has worked in senior roles the charity sector since 1987, including 8 years at Kensington & Chelsea Social Council, where he was involved in developing local consortia and supporting small organisations to engage with commissioning opportunities. Lev has also sat on boards including APRIL and his local residents' association.
