This full day of interactive learning covers the key skills that any employee needs in order to reach their full potential within an organisation. It covers:

  • Time Management: handling the "time stealers" and creating space to work on priorities
  • Objective setting: learning a process that not only sets objectives but develops a plan to deliver them
  • Communication skills: exploring how to increase persuasiveness in all forms of communication as well as avoiding email blunders
  • Workplace assertiveness: tips and advice to handle awkward situations with your colleagues and your manager.

These subjects build on your own experience, combined with the trainer's 30 years of management within the third sector, to provide a complete session for any staff member looking to be the best they can at work.
