COLLECTING OUTCOME AND IMPACT DATA

This course will give you the knowledge and practical understanding to collect the best possible outcome and impact data for your organisation. You will learn more about how to use a range of methods and tools, including questionnaires, interviews, focus groups, participatory and creative methods and different ‘off the shelf’ tools.

Attendees This course is for people new or relatively new to data collection methods. Participants will be expected to have an understanding of outcome and impact measurement. If you don't, we recommend you first attend the CES Outcome and Impact Measurement course.
