This one-day Masterclass, aimed at service managers, helpline coordinators, and senior management, will explore what GDPR legislation, data protection, and data sharing mean in the context of a helpline service.

Using helpline specific examples you'll explore best practice in data sharing and the data sharing principles. Every organisation should have a written policy and procedure that is specific to their context about how they handle personal data.
