An exploration of the theory and practical application of monitoring and evaluation systems in your organisation, including what you need to attract funding and maintain excellent services. This is a practical - possiblY fun! - interactive training workshop.

There will be an individual follow-up meeting for each organisation represented at the training (please bring diaries and know availability)

Cost: Free to Brent CVS members

Please bring a packed lunch - drinks available. Homemade cakes will be available alongside a donations box.

Learning outcomes

By the end of this training you will:

· Be clear about the impact of your organisation’s activities

· Be able to express the difference you make as outcomes and indicators

· Understand how to use monitoring and evaluation to attract funding

· Know about the kinds of monitoring and evaluation tools that would benefit your organisation

· Have ideas about how to create the right measurement tools for what you need

· Have concrete ideas about next steps in monitoring and evaluation for your organisation

· Have an introductory knowledge of quality standards systems and marks
