The DigiLeaders360 Programme offers the opportunity to equip charity leaders throughout the country to leverage the power of social media to raise more awareness and support for their work. In addition to the training sessions, Lightful will offer participants full Premium licences on their social media management platform, the world’s first built exclusively for the social sector, including 1:1 digital onboarding for each organisation participating.

Through their social media management platform, you’ll learn which of your content performs best, and start raising more awareness and funds. The Lightful Platform has seen active users increase their audience growth rate by 40% vs. before using the platform, and their audience
reach increase by 92%.

Our free one-day workshops, supported by the Lightful team, (9.30am – 4.30pm, which includes teas, coffees, lunch and networking) are designed to be interactive, practical, dynamic and engaging.

More specifically, our workshop covers:
• Identifying your social media goals and target audiences;
• Top tips for content creation and curation;
• Making social media data work harder for you;
• How to fundraise online;
• How to engage and attract volunteers; and
• How to use social media to become a thought leader.

By the end of the programme, you will have a deep understanding of how technology can help you achieve your organisation’s social mission in a more effective and efficient way, as well as get access to the best-in-class social media management tool.
