Digital solutions have the potential to transform the way the charity sector delivers impact. Integrating services, putting beneficiaries at the centre of service delivery, sharing resources, and maximising operating efficiency could all allow charities to do more for their beneficiaries. But there is an upfront cost. Trustees need to think about how their charity can take on this opportunity, and how the board can support it to do so.

This seminar run in partnership with The Clothworker’s Company, will:

  • Explore the benefits of a charity going digital;
  • Examine the investment required; and
  • Discuss how trustees can prepare for going digital, and support their charity to do so.
