Organisations often spend a lot of time developing strategy, but little time on working out how to turn high level ambitions into practical plans that can be implemented clearly. This one-day course uses NCVO’s experience and the publication Tools for Tomorrow to help turn your strategy into a living document that works for you, your team and wider organisation.

By the end of the day you will have:

  • understood strategy in the wider context
  • understood what strategy means to you in your role
  • used tools to help you apply a strategy in your operational planning
  • gained confidence in getting your team to buy into the strategy and operational plans
  • looked at ways to measure success
