About this event
Strategic thinking is required at many levels, with strategies being set for whole organisations, for departments, and for programmes. Most often, a new strategy marks ‘a beginning’—such as new leadership, the launch of a programme, or entering the next strategic period. The external environment and an organisations’ resources at that point in time, inform and influence its strategy.
But as the environment charities and funders are operating in is changing at a faster pace than ever, and we continue to learn more from data, how can charities and funders make sure their strategy continues to be relevant the face of such change? Developing an agile strategy is key.
This event will:
-
Outline methods for developing more agile strategies for programmes and organisations
-
Share how others in the sector have made their strategy more agile.
-
Explore what lessons on setting an agile strategy can be learnt from the digital sector.
