STP partnership models

This page is free to all
This page is about models of VCSE partnerships in sustainability and transformation partnerships or integrated care systems.

NHS England’s Voluntary Partnerships Team is working with Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships (STP) and  Integrated Care Systems (ICS) to facilitate more meaningful partnerships working between the voluntary sector, local communities and STPs/ICSs. The aim is to strengthen and increase the impact of voluntary-statutory sector partnerships and support better integration.

To help achieve this, the Voluntary Partnerships Team are testing different models of partnerships working using eight alliances/leadership groups. The alliances aim to support actions that have a positive impact on local or national priorities, help reduce health inequalities and support integration and meaningful co-production.

NCVO is the learning partner supporting this work and will capturing the learning and support the scale and spread of good practice.

This page is for sharing information and resources generated by the eight alliances/leadership groups:

  • Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire
  • Cheshire and Merseyside
  • Greater Manchester
  • Lancashire and South Cumbria
  • Lincolnshire
  • Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent
  • Surrey Heartlands
  • West Yorkshire and Harrogate.

We will be starting to post information and resources here in March 2019.

Please contact publicservices@ncvo.org.uk to contribute to this work.
