About the trainers

From the 'sustainable funding' course...

Since 2008, Olof Williamson has worked with hundreds of voluntary organisations, helping them improve their financial sustainability.

Julie Ward joined the NCVO sustainable funding team in 2012 and she has spent the last 5 years working in the voluntary sector as both a fundraiser and a sustainable funding adviser. She has extensive experience working with smaller organisations.

From a background in fundraising, marketing and project development with several major charities, Rosaline Jenkings joined NCVO in June 2009, delivering support, consultancy and training to frontline and infrastructure organisations. She specialises in strategic income diversification and income management – particularly focusing on fundraising, relationships and marketing.

From the 'winning funding bid' course...

Tom Rowson is management consultant with PA Consulting Group. He specialises in higher education and works with universities on a range of strategic issues. Tom runs PA’s pro-bono proposal writing clinics in which charities and social enterprises receive one-on-one support with a ‘live’ funding bid from consultants at PA.

From the 'charity finance' and 'project budgets' course...

Jacqueline Williams is the director and founder of AAA Consultancy Services Ltd, a company that provides strategic and management support to a range of business enterprises in the private, public and voluntary sectors. Jacqueline's main areas of expertise relate to the legal responsibilities of trustees and charities, governance theory and practice, and financial management.

Jacqueline has worked as a consultant/trainer through a number of umbrella organisations including the Directory of Social Change (DSC), Centre for Charity Effectiveness at Cass Business School, Charity’s Aid Foundation (CAF), and British Overseas NGOs for Development (BOND). She holds qualifications in law, finance and regulatory compliance.
