About the trainer

Mark has over twenty years’ experience working on delivering data and direct marketing insight for commercial and not for profit organisations throughout the UK. His expertise has been requested by such non profits Guide Dogs, RNIB, Save the Children, Barnardo’s, RSPB, The Alzheimers Society, RSPB, MIND, Christian Aid, and WWF. Through his company, Sidestep 4 Limited, Mark provides new direction for charities to improve fundraising and build long-term relationships with their supporters.
