About the trainer

Mandy Naylor runs her own consultancy, Latent Promise, in the North West of England offering one to one support and bespoke training sessions on a wide range of business topics. Support is focussed on understanding the people behind the project, and helping them develop the skills and know how they already have – releasing their Latent Promise. She is a qualified business advisor specialising in social enterprises and socially responsible businesses, has been the director of a social enterprise café in Lancashire, and also has more than 20 years senior management experience within the private sector.
