About the trainer
Ruth is a senior visiting fellow at Cass Business School's Centre for Charity Effectiveness, where she heads the governance practice consultancy. An experienced voluntary sector leader and trustee, she has served as the chief executive of both a UK front-line eldercare and residential services organisation and a national policy and research foundation. She has over 35 years' experience of working with public and third sector organisations, including Help the Hospices, Citizens Advice, Macmillan Cancer Care, Victim Support, British Red Cross.
