About the trainer

Angela Eden's career has a consistent theme of working across the boundary between communities of interest. She started her career in education, moved to community development and management training, and currently works with organisations. She trained in Social Policy (London School of Economics) Organisation Consultancy (Tavistock), and as a Mediator (School of Psychotherapy and Counselling). Her consultancy practice is focused on improving communication between different groups in the structure, personal role consultation, and wider systemic issues. She researches and writes about leadership, mediation and coaching.
