About the trainer

Caroline Copeman is a principal consultant with Cass Business School's Centre for Charity Effectiveness. For the past 15 years she has been working on strategy and organisation development projects in the nonprofit sector. Caroline has also written and contributed to a number of workbooks and guides on nonprofit strategy.
