About the trainer

is a principal consultant with the Centre for Charity Effectiveness at Cass Business School. For the past 15 years she has been working on strategy and organisation development projects in the nonprofit sector. Caroline has also written and contributed to a number of workbooks and guides on nonprofit strategy.
