Find out about your trainer
For the past eleven years Maria has co-run the HR Services Partnership which provides outsourced HR services primarily to the voluntary and community sector. The HR Services Partnership can advise on every aspect of HR from TUPE transfers, redundancies and re-structures to recruitment, training, and performance management. Maria has particular experience of working with clients to provide strategic HR advice and regularly works with chief executives advising on the HR implications of strategic plans, as well as advising on a range of day to day matters.
