Sub-committee terms of reference

This page is free to all
A template for the terms of reference of a sub-committee.

All sub-committees need terms of reference that clearly indicate what's expected of them and who they're accountable to.

When drafting the terms of reference for sub-committees, check your organisation's governing document to see what it says about their role and what you're allowed to do and delegate.
