Our template includes a contents page – complete this once you’ve finished everything else.

Make sure that the headings match what you’ve written and check your page numbers carefully. Your plan should look professional, without spelling errors, and it should be easy for the reader to find what they're looking for.

Remember to include any appendices – these might be longer or more detailed documents that are relevant to your plan, for example HR policies, financial tables, market research and evidence of need.
